Two different weekends

This weekend is family day long weekend. On Saturday I hope to ski WITH O for the first time. 

Last weekend was quite different. 

My husband treated me to two night aways.  

We went to Las Vegas. 

We were only inVegas for 36 hours, but easily this time together was truly cherished. 

 Our munchkins happily packed their bags and headed off to Nana and Grandad's for a two night sleep over.  O was thrilled. This was him at 7 am. There was no need to be packed this early. 

We enjoyed a lovely two nights at the Bellagio.  

 Saturday night we dressed up a little and went out to see KA

 We also happily splurged and devoured a devine meal at Yellowtail. So delicious. 

 I took in my 3rd Chinese New Year...one day I will go back to see the gardens featuring other things. I also look forward to returning when it is warm enough to go in the pool. 

We were home for Sunday night bedtime and in the air for a beautiful sunset.  

 I LOVE my boys but it sure is nice to have 2 nights with just my big boy.
