Our work in progress

(A surprise for me when the brochures were brought home, instead of all stock photo, three of the photos are from our camera and health through A's eyes)
With a champagne toast in plastic glasses (yes I tried to make it like the Bachelor),

a lot of allen keys,
mini and mighty building skills,
intermingled play time,
some silliness,
and a few boys resting on the job,
SSP is slowing becoming a home (I mean a clinic), lol.

These are not the photos I hoped they would be.
But these out of focus and poorly composed iPhone pictures tell a story. They tell our story. They tell the story of the blurry and excited eyes that took them early in the morning, late at night, or while chasing a child down on a rolling stool so he would not crash in to the newly painted wall. These photos say things that I can not. One thing I can say though is how proud I am of my husband. In the last weeks he has sheltered me from all the worries and anxiety of this project.  Although his phone never stopped buzzing with someone asking him to make a decision he always tucked it away and put us first.
Lucky Lady.

  2. Oh Jill, you say the photos are not what you were hoping for but they are FANTASTIC!! They say so much. So very excited for you guys! I am definitely coming by because these knees can hardly handle a run.

Hey, are you going to sign up for the Color Me Rad run? You should join us :) Guess I better head to A sooner than later if I want it to be a successful run.
