What a great race weekend

I dusted off my shoes, 

completed a few pre-race warm up runs, 

bought a new pair of socks. 

organized a fantastic cheering team

and FINALLY ran a race with my much more experienced road runner friend. 

(thanks for getting me hooked and getting me in)

It was FANTASTIC. 

I loved the distance ( 10km) 

and throughly enjoyed the splendour and beauty of this run.  

The weekend was made extra special with play time

and celebrating 

family time together. 

So glad you convinced us to find a place to stay O. 

It was a great race weekend. 

We are so lucky to live here.
