All in one

Tuesday, ignoring the "green germ glue" plastered to my youngest's face, I worked to replicate a few of my favourite photos from several years ago. In a different house, with a different camera and working with a much different boy I did o.k. at accomplishing my goal. The results are below.

In the beginning my two boys looked a lot alike, then J's look started to become more reflective of his unique luxurious lash, huge grin self. Just recently however there seems to be a few more similarities again. I really enjoy looking back in time at old photos. It is great fun to see what O was doing at the same age. On Valentines 2009 O was 11 months old, this year J is just shy of 10 months. With only 6 weeks separating them on the calendar it is easy to make direct comparisons ( this is good and bad)

After I did this collage I could not help but think that the boys look like two playing cards. Yesterday at the grocery store, sitting side by side in the cart, they were more than two little jokers they were chuckling hilarious hams. Below is a shot of one of the nuts I was pushing around.

NB: I am going a little collage crazy these days. Picnik is shutting down and therefore all the premium additions are free!!! The images are also saving again on my computer. Yahoo!

This picture of J was my favourite.
Hope everyone had a great Valentines day!

I spent the evening with the man I love the mostest. We got the kids to bed early, ordered sushi and ate in front of the t.v. Perfect!
Just the two of us. Vegas 2011
While in Vegas I did a little shopping. Here I am at the Forum shops.
Needless to say I did not see any Sorels in the desert. BUT these beauties were found in our neck of the woods and delivered to me by that man I love so much! Lucky lady I am. A Mommy with 3 men to keep up with in the snow must stay warm and be stylish of course...right?
These boots are definately made for walking and playing. I hope I get to try them out this Family Day long weekend.

p.s. LOVE your boots. I have been searching for the past 2 months. I may need more info :)

p.p.s. isn't it sad that Picnik is closing. Boo!
