This is not tonight (wrong car, wrong province) but I like this picture & it goes well with my themeOver the last few months the nightly routines in this house have varied tremendously. Certainly our "entertainment" has varied as well. Quiet evenings of watching our little man coo and grin have been replaced with fast paced after dinner games and endless pleas to play outside just for a little while longer. Although O is very contented to read 7 zillion books before bed he clarified tonight that he would also like to add another activity to his routine. After dinner tonight we were reminded of how much O LOVES his father's car and how much he loves going out for a "spin" ( help me now, he is only 17 months). So tonight, on this beautiful but windy evening, we caved into the grunts and whines and we went for a JOY RIDE. O loved it. He never blinked and never stopped smiling. It also became clear to me that Daddy and O had done this before. You see every time we made a wide left hand turn belly laughs would erupt from the back and front seats. PRICELESS, and I am sure the laughter will continue. So if we come cruising by your pad in the Mazda one night.... don't be surprised
A little note: Mommy's car is not cool, only Daddy's. Same with Mommy's keys-they suck compared to Dad's. OH MY
Sounds like fun!!! Our evening routine involves a walk down to the park where Adam will stay on the swing for 1/2 hour!!!!
