Floating by

This month has kind of floated by, and somehow tomorrow marks the beginning of a new month. We tried to have some outdoor family fun, but ended up spending a lot of time staying warm in our house. It was a cold month (especially today). Numerous small pre-baby projects were started and completed. However, one thing I did not do was blog. So tonight, this is my update.

We took a few pictures, but not nearly as many as we usually do. The gallery has been updated with these January images.
A lot, and I mean a lot of time was spent playing at the train table. We built, and re-built so many different Sodor track towns. The imaginative play that emerges from this play place amazes me. However many a night we find ourselves pondering if too much time is spent driving, shunting, loading, singing, banging, and crashing Thomas and his friends.
We have also spent many many hours bribing, convincing, celebrating, bragging, fuming, trying not to scream all because of the potty. Our journey remains on-going.
A few hours were spent teaching O to sew.
I was able to complete my little lady quilt
Yesterday I finished sewing my little boy quilt.
Today we ended the month with a busy day. A work day, an ultra-sound, a trip to the car dealership, and dinner with Nana and Grandad.

But we saved something really exciting for last. Today we got a quick view of Baby Bo Big Cheeks. Weighing in at 3 lbs, Baby Bo has big strong feet, likes to kick and roll, is floating in a lot of fluid ( that is what was checked today) and is 28 1/2 weeks cooked .

Happy February everyone. I hope to make a blog appearance a few more times this month. See you soon

  3. Hi Jill, I meant to post this earlier but it must not have worked. I love the pic of baby #2. That is an awesome view of their face, it will be really cool to show them once they're older!
