Atravessi cross-over

Tonight we celebrated our word(s). Five years ago today we said "I do". Tonight we watched Julia Roberts find her word....atravessi. The movie mostly fuelled our imaginations for future travel, however it did remind us of the journey it took to find each other. Together we have gone through many of life's bumps, and together we will get through many more by staying true to ourselves.

I love feel-good thought-provoking movies. Eat Pray Love was just this for me. Sitting in a movie theatre, holding my husband's hand, eating copious amounts of popcorn, slurping spaghetti with Julia, thinking of the the meals I want to cook, briefly pondering ways to take better care of my family, and getting lost in the scenery of the movie made tonight perfect. We also got a few minutes of just Mommy and Daddy Pottery Barn time. Ahhh.
