Too excited
Ok so here is the deal! In a rather interesting turn of events, our realtor phoned me on Friday to tell me the house had SOLD. However only the first two conditions had cleared. I figured that the final condition ( to be cleared on Wednesday) was cleared early. So yesterday, John's son came and put the real sign up, took the lock box off, but really we are still waiting for the final condition to clear tomorrow. John was so excited to tell us that he forgot we had to wait for one more condition. SO keep your fingers crossed for one more day! ARGGG!!!

Congrats, I'm sure you will have the final sticker soon and it is such a lovely sight. We recently sold our house as well and am so relieved. Now I can really start packing. No more staging, cleaning, finding a place to go with kids and the dogs. When do you get to move and are you staying in the same neighborhood? Hope it all goes as planned.
